About Winfried Hettinga

After my combined study Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the end of the eighties in the previous century, I continued learning at the Royal Airforce Electronic and Technical School near Arnhem after which I served my 4-year RAF contract as specialist electronics at Airbase Leeuwarden.

Then, in the mid-nineties, I continued working in the Rotterdam harbour area to install- and repair electronic marine systems on many inland ships for Radio Holland. After economical crisis in the nineties I moved to The Hague area for a new job at Phixa, later named Heuvelman Sound & Vision to install- and repair professional video- and audio equipment used for large meetings, new product presentations and big conferences.

Then just before the change of the millennium a great opportunaty came by at Nokia Networks. For me a completely new experience in a dynamic and fast-growing technology led business: Mobile Networks used for Telecom services.

For more than 22 years, I have been active in the mobile network infrastructure- and service business with various leadership positions in project management, Customer care and services, regional- and global delivery excellence- and transformation management.

In 2020 a new chapter in my employments started, when I embarked in the Photovoltaic (PV) durable energy business. First to project manage installations of small residential systems but soon I got the opportunaty to start a combined turn-key project- and asset management role for ground mounted Solar parc projects at ProfiNRG.

In 2021, after collecting 30+ years of technical and management experience, I decided that it’s time to start my own company and utilize my knowledge in multiple disciplines.

Now after several years I have worked on 30+ solar parcs, either asset management, or project managed the construction according EPC, or supervised on behalf of the employer.

Recently also involved in Project management side of Data Center installation work which is becoming actual for Europe data independancy.
